Treatment symbol codes
Around the symbol for treatment there are codes that give you more information about the treatment.
A translation of the codes in the example picture:
"Low stimulation (LO) with donated sperms (SD) used for assisted insemination (AI).
At current time we have information of a positive pregnancy test (P)."

Planned stimulation
Planned stimulation is coded:
UN: UNstimulated or natural cycle
LO: LOw stimulation or supporting stimulation
HI: HIgh level stimulation
External donor codes
Use of externally donated cells is coded:
SD: Sperm Donation
OD: Oocyte Donation
DD: Double Donation (both sperm and oocyte donation)
If no externally donated cells are used, the area is empty.
Planned final stage
The planned result or final stage of the treatment is coded:
AI: Assisted Insemination
CO: Coitus
FE: Fertilized Embryos (with a planned transfer of embryos)
TE: Thaw of frozen Embryos (with a planned transfer of embryos)
OF: Oocyte Freeze (no fertilisation planned)
OD: Oocyte Donation
Result of treatment
The result of the treatment is coded:

C: Cancelled treatment
N: Negative pregnancy test
P: Positive pregnancy test
X: Ectopic pregnancy
B: Biochemical
F: Fetus at ultrasound
A: Aborted
1: One child born
2: Two children born
3: Three children born
