Printouts: easy automation for routine communications
Omda acknowledges that paper still plays a prominent role in many fertility clinics. To simplify the digital-analogue transition, the solution can also provide custom templates. With a single click, you extract relevant data from the system and integrate it into standardised letters, chart notes, and printouts.
Printouts from Omda can be information to patients, work sheets, labeling and other types of documents.
Changes in existing printouts can made by the clinic or a local consultant.
Print buttons
If there are any printouts available on the current layout, the print button is active. The expand button will display print buttons with the name of the document or report. Only those printouts relevant to the current treatment type will be displayed.
Up to twelve print buttons can be displayed.
In specific situations, such as labels used for straws and bar code printing, a button placed on the work screen is used to activate a print function.
