Made changes to the way the freeze number field is displayed on day 0. It is now only shown for oocytes that was added to the treatment from a OPU. All assigned oocytes from own storage or donation cannot be frozen on D0.

Updated filename of accesslog export to be truly unique by adding a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) to the filename.

Cleared the list view on inital startup so that the records are not displayed for Patients, Treatments, Charts, and IVT.

Updated navigation so that the Freeze section will be shown first when navigating to the Freeze tab on the Treatment - Embryo workscreen.
