Changed the field Stim_Type to Stim_StimRegime_ThawLowIUI because it was used in the wrong context. The change impacts:
- TREATM_STIMIUI_StimCycle (On IUI-stim)
- TREATM_LowStim_PlannedTreatment (On Low-stim)
- TREATM_THAWSTIM_TREATMTYPE (On Thaw-stim)
Chart component
Changed the charts displayed to the user when creating a new chart note so that only the chart notes belonging to the relevant patient couple is in the found set of records.
