The top bar in the OPU section contains general information about type of procedure performed, anesthetic medication and ID.

This module has room for notes about parameters of interest when performing a uterine scan.

This module contains information about date and time for ovum pick-up, people involved, materials used and end result.

This area contains donor number, concentration of sperm used for fertilization and time of insemination.
