Daily & Weekly planning:

The planning page gives a good overview of the tasks ahead at any particular day or week. You can choose a layout that suits you clinic´s planning.
When clicking on a specific day, you can for example progress to a list of that day´s treatments, or that day´s D1 embryos, or a list of oocytes that are planned to be thawed that day, etc.

To Do & intern messaging:

You will be notified when there is a new note or ToDo assigned to you with a red dot on the component´s icon.
Send intern messages to a specific user or to a whole user-group.
Sign off performed ToDos.
Filter for messages only to you or to your user-group.
Create ToDos from different places in the system without leaving your workflow.

Chart notes:

Extract patient data directly from the system.
Charts can be locked after a defined time or after signing it.
The clinic can send notes to the patient.
Charts are created within a few seconds with the help of auto-text.

Batch control:

Keep track of all used material during a treatment and evaluate the performance of different products used in your clinic.
With the help of "Assembled articles" you will be faster with registering collections of articles, having them usually prepared in advance. To use these collections you have to configure the component "Batchtrace".

Tissue transport:

Export tissue to other clinics following SEC and ISTB standard.

Referring doctors:

Keep a list of all clinicians your clinic is working with.

Letters:

Correspondence with patient or doctors via letters
Save and display the communication to your patients or doctors if you configure the letters component for your clinic.

Lab-test result:

Display a list of all newly received test results to sign off.

Invoice management:

Keep an overview on all services (and its price) provided and invoice them.

Incidents:

Incident management in order to improve quality and processes at your clinic.
This component consists of three parts – Incidents, Suggestions and Revisions - and allow you to keep track of incidents that disrupt your work at the clinic. For example, issues with equipment, medicine or procedures that are not followed out correctly.

Purchase management:

Purchases allows you to manage your orders, suppliers, articles and equipment. The four parts are interlinked to provide a system where you can connect supplier and articles to your orders.

External Sperm & Oocyte donation

Management for users with permission to handle donated material.
Supports the counting of pregnancy slots and statistics about the donor´s performance.
