Updated tab order on the embryo screen to not include the destruction checkbox for the embryo. To destroy an embryo the user is required to manually press the checkbox using the mouse.

Changed the note field on the timelapse tabs on the embryo workscreen to only show the ET/Gen information. Previously showed day 1 note if day note was activated.

Changed the information displayed on the Sperm donor workscreen regarding frozen embryos in treatments where the donated sperm was used. Previously the information displayed was the number of straws frozen in the treatment now the actual information of number of embryos frozen and number of embryos remaining from the treatment is displayed.
