Woman:

Lab Investigations:
The button to cancel the result of a lab investigation disappears after it was clicked on.

IUI page:
Correction of a hide function in order to hide the "Age" field when the IUI is cancelled.

Correction of the field for straw colour.

Correction of displaying the button to create oocyte donor/go to donor record.

Corrections in Treatment component

Stim:
Increased the width of the fields in module TREATM_FollCount.0609_1014_1517_1820_gt20_SumGt9_Max to facilitate larger numbers.
Participate in study: Corrected the grey button indication for the study module on stimulation protocols.
Convert treatment: Corrected the appearance of the module to be identical on all layouts for IUI, Low Stim, Thaw Stim and High Stim.
Patient History: Correction of missing label for infection test.

List:
Corrected an issue with the top navigation colors on the extended treatment list.
Changed the behavior of the treatment symbol indicators to not show tip-text when no information is displayed.
When checkbox "No ET" is active, there won't be information about a performed treatment displayed in the list.
Corrected the button layout on different lists to be consistent.
Corrected the behavior of the different treatment lists so that the chosen list is the list the user is navigated to when navigating in the system.

Embryo:
Freeze tab: Correction of the format for the button "Use values in first row for all" to appear disabled when there are no oocytes/embryos to freeze, or information on more than two rows has already been registered.
ET Scoring tab: Correction of hidefunction of note field to only appear when it's configured.

Thaw:
Embryo button: Correction of conditional formatting of freeze-number field for embryo.
Corrected the presentation of frozen embryos on thaw page to correspond to the same format.
Corrected an issue where the information about PB from D1 was not displayed for all embryos on D3.

ET:
Corrected an issue on ET with a field displaying the wrong info in TREATM_ET_ETTypeInfo.K and TREATM_ET_THAW_Type.G.
Correction of the hidefunction for a clinic-specific field.
