Donor reservations (pregnancy slots) for internal sperm donors
New functionality for keeping track of donor reservations (also known as pregnancy slots) has been added for internal sperm donors. The new module will be visible on the patient sperm donor page.
Donor info (not possible to edit) / Donor management (possible to edit no. of couples)
In order for the new module to be visible you need to select one of the following modules in your configuration.
PAT_PARTNER_SpermDonation.D - This module is suitable if you only have internal (patient) sperm donors.
PAT_PARTNER_SpermDonation.E - This module is suitable if you have both external (purchased/donor bank) sperm donors as well as internal (patient) sperm donors.

The reserved donor will be automatically added to any treatment created for the couple. This process will now be preceded by a dialogue asking the user if the donor code should be added to the treatment.
