Your clinic can register for each oocyte or embryo the reason for destruction. This can be mandatory (in case you have to report it to your national registry) or optional. This feature is available for both fresh and thaw treatments.

When clicking "Destroyed" for the oocyte (or embryo), a card window will open where the embryologist can choose fast with the help of a drop down list:

When clicking on the "i" button (information) you will see the notes for each day and the reason for destruction:

In case you want to destroy a frozen oocyte (or embryo) in a fresh treatment, you can register the reason when you are on the freeze tab:
