New behaviour for creating an intern Message or ToDo
When creating an intern message about the patient, a card window opens. Like this the user will remain on the same screen and keep in the workflow.
It is possible to address the message to a whole usergroup (Physicians, Embryologists, Lab-Team, Nurses, Administrators,....) or to a specific user.
