Button to open the TREATM_ConsentLabTechDev module.

This module is shown under a button in both the stimulation and OPU workscreens, and will also be displayed directly on the screen for the convenience of the embryologist on the embryo work screen.
All module variants will be displayed in a similar manner as displayed below.

This module is also visible on the contact page for some of the modules. Fields that are editable on the contact page are not editable in the treatment.

This module has both fields displaying values from the patient contact page and the possibility to register a new consent specific to the treatment. The fields for consent displayed from the contact page are not editable in the treatment.
