By building your own templates in auto-text you can easily create chart notes that extract patient data directly from the system.

When you are situated on the Patient or Treatment component, you can access with one click the patient´s chart notes:

New chart notes will be automatically connected to the patient and (if applicable) her treatment.
You can create as well a chart note with the values of a sperm analysis which is used in a treatment. For more information please see Sperm analysis value in Autotext templates in release notes of version 4.10.
