Changes of variants in Patient component
The following modules now have the possibility (configurable) to display a warning when checking the box for "Patient deceased", to prevent from accidentally marking the patient as deceased:

The order of the fields are BL, FR, EQ, SY, NU, FL, ZC, MN, SS as appropriate.
