Corrected a field error in the module PAT_PARTNER_ManScreenTests.E where the date of partner HCV-RNA test displayed the date of the woman HBV-DNA test.

Corrected an error where the ToDos was shown as not performed even when signed.

Correction of the checkbox of "pregnant" and field of "calculated partus" on both tabs (1st and 2nd ultrasound) for modulvariant TREATM_Result_UltrasoundScan.D.

Added a new field for the planned ultrasound date prior to downregulation. This field was previously the same as the date for E2 downregulation which made it impossible to use two separate dates.

Swapped places of the fields for Cor./Pulm and Abd. in Woman's Physical Examination popover module "behind the scenes". Previously entered values have been moved between these two fields in order to make sure that the values are in the correct place.

Corrected an error where an embryo could be refrozen without a freeze-number.
